Absolute top level customer service. Theresa put me in touch with Kirby for the product I was looking for, she took care of my order and emailed me receipt afterward, very pleasant and professional . When I went to pick up my SVS PB16-Ultra, Theresa gave me a tour of the place showing me different rooms and electronics. She introduced me to the owner Kirby, extremely knowledgeable in the field of A/V, we chatted for awhile and he gave me some system recommendations. He helped me load my subwoofer in my vehicle and offered to show me some movie theater seating. True customer service experience that will keep me coming back!!

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Audio Etc… and Kirby and his staff. I bought an Adcom power amp and my first pair of Vandersteen speakers from Kirby way back in 1991 when the store was across from Wright State in Fairborn. That gear lasted me over 30 years! Recently when I caught “the bug” I went in to audition a new pair of Vandersteen Treo CTs. Kirby set them up in a listening room of approximately the same dimensions as my listening space at home, using a similarly powered NAD amp, and let me audition them for nearly 4 hours … twice. He hooked me up with Brad at Vandersteen to discuss other details on the product. I chatted with him about other parts of my system and he gave excellent recommendations, with no pressure. I ended up buying the speakers with a custom finish, a large screen OLED TV, new turntable/cartridge, universal remote, and power conditioning and cabling. What an upgrade! The installation went seamlessly, and when a small flaw in the speaker finish was noticed upon unboxing in my home, Kirby was on the phone to Vandersteen immediately. He absolutely has the best interests of the customer in mind. This also goes for Sean, who went the extra mile in custom programming of my remote; Theresa, who ably handles all the details of purchase; and Cindy, who keeps everything humming. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years, and don’t plan on changing. Highly recommended for all your home audio/video.

Kirby is great to work with! Installation staff are excellent! I knew what I wanted my home theater to look and feel like, and Kirby made great recommendations to make that a reality. I really couldn't be happier with how everything came out.

My experience with Audio Ect was nothing but positive. They were very helpful with getting the system that I am very pleased with. They are very knowledgeable about their craft. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in learning and obtaining some of the highest quality audio equipment.

We are very pleased with an outdoor TV installed by Audio, Etc. Kirby was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while explaining our purchase options. Theresa kept us informed on our delivery and installation date. The installation crew was very polite and walked us through our using new TV. It was a positive experience all around!

This place is a hidden Jem! I was looking for specific speakers to install in my new home theater (Klipsch), Audio Etc is the only Authorized Dealer in my area. Not only do they have the speakers I want, they have EVERYTHING else! Kirby spent considerable time with me on my first visit and subsequent second visit with my wife. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient, considering the multitude of questions I threw at him. He showed me several options, went over things I hadn't even considered and put it all in terms I and my wife could understand. They have several rooms set up as displays for practically every configuration. We greatly appreciate the time he spent not to mention giving us a demo of one of our favorite shows (GOT) in a room similar to what we are building. We definitely will be using Audio Etc for this project and our future 4 season room project. If you want quality Audio/video with expert advice, look no further than Audio Etc. You WON'T be sorry!

This is a fantastic audio store. Kirby is very knowledgeable about a wide range of high quality audio electronics and speakers. He is very helpful showing the products he offers to meet your taste / sound requirements. I like that he let's the customer make up their own mind vs. trying to influence you. But Kirby listens to his customers and provides key facts based on his experience with the audio equipment. The support staff, Cindy, and Thereasa are also very helpful and professional. There are many sound rooms setup extremely well for one to audition the audio equipment - very impressive setups! I highly recommend visiting Audio Etc. before making your final audio gear decision.

Great people and a great place to buy you audio system! Kirby and his staff could not of been more courteous and helpful to my wife and I. Our daughter lives in Kettering and we live 3 hours away (New Philadelphia) where really the closest audio store was an hour away. Did some searching online for the local audio stores in Dayton since we would be traveling to see our daughter. Found Audio etc... had all the brands that I was considering for my next system. Talked to Kirby on the phone beforehand to set up an appointment for when we would be in the area as we had a limited amount of time to spend at his store. Plan on at least several hours as Kirby was a wealth of knowledge and had just as many questions for us as we had for him. Kirby really listened to what we wanted out of a system as far as sound, where the system would be placed and what type of music we enjoyed listening to. I had not bought new equipment for a good 20 years so I had ALOT of questions. Over the next week Kirby and I talked via the phone and email to narrow down my choices, all the while Kirby kept giving suggestions as to what would work and more importantly sound the best for what I was looking to spend. On our next trip down I had decided on the system I wanted, but just couldn't decide on the speakers. Kirby had the system I was going to buy wired up and ready to test speakers when we arrived. Kirby had the actual turntable with upgraded cartridge, integrated amp and CD player along with the speaker wire and a/v cables that I would be buying set up and ready to test speakers. We had brought some of our own vinyl records to test. Three hours later (Yes we listened to speakers for THREE hours!) I left still undecided. Kirby and I talked the next morning and I gave him my decision on what I wanted. Picked the system up several hours later on our way home. The system once hooked up in our house sounded exactly as it did in his showroom. Could not be happier with what we bought. We truly feel
